Good time to buy in Edmonton areas! We have been hit a little hard in the last couple years with increasing mortgage rates and CMHC rules that are making buyers put off buying a home . But it has been consistent that Home listing inventory is climbing, giving buyers lots of bargaining power and big selection of homes to choose from.

A Buyer can take their time, check with all necessary inspections to make sure its the right home!

Prices look to remain stable or increasing in 2018 so now is the time to buy! If there is any chance of getting a good price, fall is the best time to negotiate with the seller as many buyers are motivated in spring with the excitement of longer days and lots of sun.
